The Motorola Moto G4 Play is likely to be the cheapest of the 3 phones, featuring a slightly smaller 5 inch 720p display with 249 pixels per inch, plenty for every day use. Built in storage is limited to 16GB, slightly on the small side if you have a large music collection although this can be expanded upon with a micro SD card. Performance is notably slower than the other two phones in this range due to the G4 play's weaker 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor which is commonplace at this price point. It still packs a solid 2GB of RAM and can handle multitasking normal applications. The Motorola Moto G4 Plus is likely to be the most expensive of the 3 phones, the same 5.5 inch 1080p display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 1.5GHz octa-core processor featured in the standard moto G4. The most notable features that set the G4 Plus apart is the choice of storage and RAM, this model is available with 2, 3 and a huge 4GB of RAM and comes with either 16, 32, 64GB of storage. Motorola claims that the Moto G4 range will be able to last a full day on one charge which the 3,000mAh battery of the Moto G4 and G4 Plus should comfortably manage. While the Moto G4 Play has a smaller 2,800mAh battery combined with the smaller screen and less powerful processor should have no problem matching the other two.
